Aaron not only helped me and my parents find a new home but he definitely changed our lives from getting us out of a situation with a neighbor from hell. He takes you step by step in what is going to happen through the process such as pictures for your home, when to clean, when escrow is going to be sending what documents, and keeping up with everything so nothing is left to the last minute all the way up until the house is sold. Our experience with the buyers for our home was a difficult one but if it wasn’t for Aaron’s negotiating skills with them, we don’t know how we would have handled the situation. Aaron was amazingly helpful. We had to find a house remotely from New York during COVID lockdown and did most of our search online - Aaron did a lion's share of pre-visiting properties to screen them for us so that we could fly in for a one day whirlwind tour of most promising places and then fly out. He then carefully guided us toward closing on our favorite home and went above and beyond to attend and record inspections for us, since we couldn't fly in ourselves. He is quite knowledgeable and took our lead for the kind of home we wanted - we recommend him highly.
